Bailey Communications, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Larry R Bailey. After almost
fifteen years of experience in the data networking industry, Mr. Bailey decided
to set out on his own on January 1st, 1998. With his reputation preceding him
for exceptional customer service and his technical expertise, Mr. Bailey had no
problem finding customers. With potential customers awaiting service, and Mr.
Bailey's desire to succeed, Bailey Communications, Inc. was born. Over the years,
Bailey Communications has built a loyal customer base of many of school districts
in North East Ohio, as well as several private-sector, medical and financial institutions.
Bailey Communications grew tremendously when it moved in 2001 from its first
location in Mr. Bailey's home to its second location in North Olmsted, Ohio. North
Olmsted was chosen in order to improve service response time because of its central
proximity to most customers. During the summer of 2003, Bailey Communications
moved to the North Olmsted Industrial Park, providing a much larger facility for
offices and storage facilities. In 2008, Bailey Communications moved to our current
location North Ridgeville.
In the past, Bailey Communications has made its mark in various ways, including
network design, sales, installation and maintenance, just to name a few. However,
in the past year we have branched out into the relatively new field of IP Telephony
and have completed our largest project to date: the installation of over five
hundred IP phones and the training of over six hundred users. We believe that
by becoming proficient in Voice over IP technologies, we can better benefit our
customers and progress as a company.
Bailey Communications, Inc. is continually striving to educate its employees
so that we can provide a service which will meet any of our customers' computing
and networking needs. While we are continually expanding, we never overlook the
needs of our customers, large or small, and we never forget that we were built
on the principle of great customer service.
